Amikor Russel szeme megsérült a Lockhead-nél dolgozott. A kutatás egy olyan titkos lézerfejlesztéssel kapcsolatos volt, hogy a titkosítás miatt le kellett törölni az emlékeit. Russel emlékezetét nem tehették teljesen tönkre, mert a szarházik nem voltak képesek olyan kreatív fejlesztésekre mint mi. Ezért csak az egyszerű hipnózisos törlést használták vigyázva, hogy a tudását ne veszítse el. Persze a baleset miatt semmilyen felelősséget a ég nem vállalt. Semmilyen kártérítést nem fizettek Russelnek. Így lett Russel Targ jogi értelemben vak (USA szabályok szerint azt hiszem a látás 80%-os elvesztése után jogilag vaknak nyilvánítanak, ez azt jelenti, hogy nem veszítette el teljesen a látását, fényeket és nagyobb objektumokat meg tud különböztetni). Ő fejlesztette az emlékezet tartós törléséhez szükséges nano-lézer-pontot előállítani képes eszközöket amivel az emléknyomok kapcsolati láncait lehetett megszakítani. Az emléknyomok ugyanis kötődnek bizonyos neuronláncok felépüléséhez. Ezt korábban talán leírtam már.

In memoiram of Theodore L. Gunderson

Ted Gunderson was born in Colorado Springs. He graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1950. Gunderson entered the Federal Bureau of Investigation in December 1951. He served in Mobile, Knoxville, New York City, and Albuquerque offices. He held posts as an Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge in New Haven and Philadelphia; and as Chief Inspector, and Special Agent-in-Charge of the Memphis and Dallas divisions. Ted Gunderson is the former chief of the Los Angeles FBI

After retiring from the FBI, Gunderson set up a private investigation firm, Ted L. Gunderson and Associates, in Santa Monica. In 1980, he became a defense investigator for Green Beret Doctor Jeffrey R. MacDonald, who had been convicted of the 1970 murders of his pregnant wife and two daughters. Gunderson obtained affidavits from Helena Stoeckley confessing to her involvement in the murders Gunderson is also co-author, with Roger McGovern, of How to Locate Anyone Anywhere Without Leaving Home
Since his retirement, Gunderson has publicly claimed that several high profile deaths or crimes have been committed by prolific satanic cults, also often claiming involvement by high level government officials. Cases where he has made such claims include the death of Sonny Bono, the Oklahoma City bombing, the MacDonald case, and the Franklin child-prostitution ring allegations. He recently provided an affidavit about Gang Stalking regarding Freedom of Information Request No. 10-00169
Gunderson also claims, that the United Nations are using chemtrails worldwide to poison fish and birds and conducting this way a genocide
He was a member of the Constitution Party. Ted died on July 31st 2011 from complications from pneumonia. He had stage 4 cancer.
